Bug#823953: inkscape: PDF+Latex export completely broken

Dear Maintainer,

in inkscape 0.91, PDF+Latex export creates a  multipage pdf where every
element/line of the svg appears on a different pdf page, thus rendering this
functionality completely useless.
This used to work fine in version 0.48.
