Bug#875980: kodi-pvr-vuplus: PVR addon not compatible with Kodi from same Debian release

Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

The Vuplus PVR addon can be installed, configured and generally works until next Kodi start.

After next Kodi start a message box comes up stating that the Vu+/Enigma Client Addon is not compatible with this Kodi version and the Addon is automatically deactivated.

That behaviour finally renders the Addon and so complete Debian package unusable.

The current upstream version of the addon is 3.5.1.
