I have attached a diff between the svn917 version of lv2 and the headers
I am using in zam-plugins 3.1

The tweaks to the headers can be summarised as follows:

(12:45:16) falktx: 1. extra support for clang deprecated
(12:45:30) falktx: 2. always use const in atom when possible
(12:45:42) falktx: 3. add missing extern "C"
(12:46:02) falktx: and some minor stuff to silence warnings on c++

Would it be possible to allow me to bundle these headers into these
plugins as it already builds correctly, otherwise I might have to wait
until lv2 svn917 is accepted into the repos, plus the tweaks, which may
take a long time?

We now have lv2-dev 1.10.0 in "testing".
The reason for building against a internal copy of lv2 still exist?
