<td align="left" valign="top" style="FONT-FAMILY:'\005fae\008f6f\0096c5\009ed1'; line-height:20px;">美国学术十项全能（United States Academic Decathlon）作为美国首屈一指的高中生学术竞赛平台，迄今已经拥有46年历史。<br/><br/>
每届竞赛的冠军队伍都受到时任美国总统的接见和表彰；美国几乎所有知名大学（包括哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、普林斯顿大学、麻省理工学院等）在招生过程中均对USAD参赛成绩及奖牌给予高度重视，并以此衡量学生在学术领域的综合素质；美国教育部长邓肯先生亦在近年多个场合鼓励和倡导美国高中生更加积极的参与该项竞赛活动，使其为大学学习的衔接做好准备。<br/><br/>
USAD是一个团队的比赛，学生以他们的智力和综合素质与来自其他学校的学生竞赛。每个学生在10个不同的学科领域进行测试，分别包括：艺术，经济，数学， 语言和文学， 音乐， 科学，社会科学，写作， 面试，演讲。每年，USAD将发布不同主题的竞赛内容及相关教材，每个竞赛学科的教材都与当年的主题及美国教育部颁布的教学大纲紧密结合，使得学生在准备过程中既可以充分进行研究性学习和学科创新学习的实践，又可以提高其在校的学习成果，并很好的与未来大学学习进行衔接。
