Hi there!
First I want to thank you for all the good work you have done for all of us!

I wanted to share with you a bit of feedback in hope for a little
something that might
make a lot of people's lives easier.

The addition of:
   !includedir /etc/mysql/conf.d/
at the end of the my.cnf file was brilliant! Finally something that
allows me to have my
own config supersede your basic/default config file. Makes my life a
whole lot easier
when I do an apt-get upgrade!.... almost!

The only line that's still causing my trouble is:
    bind-address = 127.0.0.1

The problem is that this dreaded line, once set in your config file
cannot be "unset"
in my own config file. Neither does it seem to have the ability to
take two addresses
(i.e. 1.27.0.0.1 and my ethernet interface).

So every time you push a new config file, I have to edit it by hand.
I don't know if there is an easy solution to that but I figured if
someone would know,
it would be you.

Good luck in your search of a new maintainer and have a great day!
- Christian
