thanks

hi wojciech,

sorry for the late reply, this was partially due to us being busy but
also due to the lack of solid information in the report.

if you don't have mysql-server set to start at boot, does the system
work fine?

is there anything that looks related in
 - /var/log/syslog
 - /var/log/mysql*
 - dmesg output

when the system starts slowing down, if you stop mysql-server do things
return to normal?

if you run a command like top and sort by cpu usage, what does it look
like when the system starts to slow down?

if you run a command like top and sort by memory usage, what does it
look like when the system starts to slow down?

any other information that might help? for example, how do clients
connect to the database, what kind of clients, is this a heavy usage
server, etc.

thanks,
	sean
