[debian-mysql] Bug#459764: debian-sys-maint

I resolved this by resetting the debian-sys-maint password:

mysql -u root -p mysql
...
set password for 'debian-sys-maint'@'localhost'=$password

were $password is the one listed in /etc/mysql/debian.cnf.

The error message is incorrect in this case:
