[debian-mysql] Bug#480362: mysql-dfsg-5.0: FTBFS because /proc/cpuinfo is linuxish

Hello,

When building mysql-dfsg-5.0 on a non-linux system (e.g. hurd-i386), the
system gets on its knees because debian/rules rules make -j (without a
number). This happens because there is no /proc/cpuinfo file on
GNU/Hurd, and thus the grep call returns an error, not 0...
