Reported as a bug for automysqlbackup but moved here by maintainer's suggestion:


When a database has a view, automysqlbackup fails because debian-sys-maint at localhost do not has permissions to "show view"

ERROR 1142 (42000): SHOW VIEW command denied to user 'debian-sys-maint'@'localhost' for table 'geonames_custom_names'
