[debian-mysql] Bug#620373: mysql-proxy: New upstream (0.8.1)

hi,

only a minimal patch is needed when building 0.8.1 for debian lenny.
i had to add " --with-lua=lua5.1" to the configure line (patch below).

i kindly ask you to include 0.8.1 into testing!
