The problem is Oracle no longer publishing any details about security
updates, these were required for Debian to publish proper security
updates for stable. Without these, only full updates can be put into
stable, which I think is against Debian policy/practice.

The long-term solution might be to move away from MySQL completely,
but that can't be done by just Debian.
