[debian-mysql] Correct debian/copyright

While waiting for a full explanation from somebody else more
knowledgeable, I tried creating a new debian/copyright with

2013/8/19 Otto Kekäläinen <otto at fsfe.org>:
> "licensecheck --copyright -r . -c . |
> /usr/lib/cdbs/licensecheck2dep5 > debian/copyright"

..but this creates a huge file, which is way too big to manually clean
up, and also the automatically generated file as such creates 17
thousand errors with license-reconcile..

..so I ended up simply expanding the debian/copyright manually.

Source at github updated and new files uploaded to my test repos.

As a side note, I also noticed the page

some lintian "pedantic" errors.
