[debian-mysql] sql2sql tool ?

Hello 

I am preparing the new tango package, which use dbconfig-common.
So I need to prepare an upgrade script for the <old> -> <new>  tango database upgrade.

The upstream provide a 

upgrade_db.sql script BUt this script contain this line

source stored_proc.sql

I would like to replace the source directive by the content of the stored_proc.sql.

Is these a tools for this in Debian.
