[debian-mysql] Upstreaming Galera patches made in Ubuntu?

I noticed you have diverged and patched the Galera package in Ubuntu:

Please note that this package is team maintained in git in Debian and
it is very easy for you to contribute your armhf and other fixes to
the Debian repo:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-mysql/galera-3.git/
(or mirror https://github.com/ottok/galera-3)

The absolute upstream is also very contributor friendly, you could
even send your patches directly there so that they flow down back to
both Debian and Ubuntu in 25.3.21..
