[debian-mysql] Bug#1060056: mariadb-server: mariadb-hotcopy fails for performance_schema and sys

mariadb-hotcopy produces errors. For details and patch please see

(and probably also the older

that really should have made it into bookworm).

Please include those patches in the next point release!
