does the error has to do with read/write permissions? <BR>

Other note: <BR>
When install and run MySQL server 5.5.23-2 (5.5.23+dfsg-2 amd64), MySQL run's with MySQL 'client' 5.1.62 -> libmysqlclient16<BR>
and not with mysql-client-5.5 (5.5.23+dfsg-2 amd64) -> libmysqlclient18 <BR>

Unfortunately i can't use Mysql-workbench, i cant run this as root (to get full access to mysql server and databases) it has a problem with genome keyring.<BR>
