<p>I'd like to test this on one of our dev servers as a drop in replacement for MySQL. The goal is to replace MySQL without requiring our developers to modify any applications.</p>

<p>Providing 10.0 is also compatible with MySQL and wouldn't require any apps to be updated I'm sure we could consider it. I would have difficulty getting developer resources to modify existing apps though.</p>
