nagios2 is gone from unstable and testing.

There are no transition packages since the configuration is subtly
incompatible. The packages were engineered to be co-installable so
that a soft migration is possible.

I propose to take the chapter "Upgrading from Nagios 1 or Nagios 2"
from nagios3's README.Debian and to submit it verbatim for the lenny
release notes.
