[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#471181: /var/lib/nagios3/rw/nagios.cmd not writeable for user www-data

Severity: important

Because the file /var/lib/nagios3/rw/nagios.cmd is not
writeable for the user www-data, under which apache is running,
no commands can be submitted by using the www-interface.

can be fixed by 
chmod o+x /var/lib/nagios3/
chmod g+x /var/lib/nagios3/rw/
chown nagios:www-data /var/lib/nagios3/rw/nagios.cmd
