Okay here's a revised version of my patch:
 * using TFHeen's phrasing for the synopsis;
 * taking the opportunity for second thoughts to just switch round
   the "based on Nagios" part and the "easy to understand" part in
   the boilerplate introductory paragraph;
 * "Icinga statusinformations" becomes "Icinga statusinformation
   messages".

Note that the boilerplate does still say "and management" - would
people prefer to lose that?
