Package: nagios-nrpe-server
Version: 3.0.1-3+deb9u1
Severity: normal

When using nagios-nrpe-server with a plugin that tries to access /tmp or
/var/tmp to check for a certain file, it is resulting in 'No such file
or directory'.

This is due to PrivateTmp=true setting in its systemd configuration
file, which creates an own filesystem namespace for /tmp and /var/tmp.
Nagios checks that need to access /tmp to get the needed information are
not working.

As nagios-nrpe-server does not write any files to /tmp afaik, there is
no security related need to have this setting enabled.

I suggest, that the PrivateTmp setting should be removed from the
systemd configuration.
