while running archive wide piuparts tests your package failed on remove with
the following error: 

  Removing snmpd ...
  Purging configuration files for snmpd ...
  Can't remove user snmp. Please remove this user by hand.
  dpkg: error processing snmpd (--purge):
   subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 128
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   snmpd
