[Pkg-net-snmp-devel] unstable: net-snmp uninstallable with libsmi2-common

Hello,

I noticed that for some combination of packages it is unable to upgrade
net-snmp from 5.4.1~dfsg-12 to 5.4.2.1~dfsg-3. The reason is that
libsnmp-base 5.4.2.1~dfsg-3 conflicts with libsmi2-common (<< 0.4.8+dfsg-2),
however only libsmi2-common 0.4.8+dfsg-1 is available in unstable.

Additionally, there is no information in changelog about adding this
conflict and reasons to do it, which slightly confuses me.

Could you, please, estimate the time needed to solve this issue?
