If/Once this NMU lands, I will downgrade #828449 (and disassociate it
with the stretch openssl transition) plus downgrade #841554, which does
not seem to occur with the current version of mariadb.

I did consider closing #841554, but I wasn't sure if this would reappear
in the next version of mariadb.
