<br>Sorry, but it is not broken, it is a whitespace difference in a human-readable output in a translation.<br><br>What is clearly broken is the software using this as input instead of a machine-readable form, not clearing the locale to POSIX (how they manage to understand end instead of addr, then?), and then being too stupid to realise the string match failed before dying unexpectedly. Also note that ifconfig varies wildly across unixen, so portability is not an excuse!<br>
This software is meant to be run as root, I am scared to see what else is hidden in the code...<br><p>I don't want to be rude, but I fail to see how is that important severity, it is more like wishlist to me.<br></p><br>
