[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Debian nginx package: Mimetype for xsl and xslt is incorrect

Considering we are already adding some mime types in
debian/conf/mime.types: video/ogg, video/x-matroska

it would make sense to add more. Reporting to upstream is also a good idea.
Ideally you reportbug to debian, and add a link to the upstream report in
it.
