[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#246947: ntp-simple should not listen to every single interface + INADDR_ANY

ntpd seems to have gained an -I option to tell it to listen on a
particular interface. However my testing indicates that it does not
work:

# /usr/sbin/ntpd -n -I wlan1 -L -l /dev/stderr
