[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#593417: /usr/bin/ntptrace: ntptrace manpage is horribly incorrect about options

man page ntptrace(1) talks about -d -n -r -t and -v options, while the program /usr/bin/ntptrace does not accept them. On its side, 'ntptrace --help' says options are -m (unexplained) and -n (hopefully the same than in the manpage).

Please add the options to the program, if not implemented, or correct the manpage, if outdated.
