[pkg-ntp-maintainers] Bug#560046: option to ignore DHCP timeservers

This is possible, but the DHCP server might still be configured to
always send the NTP servers (as happens with my ISP).

The other way to achieve what the original poster wants is to supersede the
NTP servers list in dhclient.conf, but this is kludgey in the extreme...
