Those lines are:

server 0.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
server 1.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
server 2.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic
server 3.debian.pool.ntp.org iburst dynamic

Those lones come from the the original package installation. 

I can't find reference to dynamic in man ntp.conf. 

Apart from this ntp seems to work well.
