FYI/FWIW:<br><br><a href="http://bugs.ntp.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2234">http://bugs.ntp.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2234</a><br><br><br>ntptrace contained within ntp_4.2.6<br>fails with timed out error message regardless of circumstances.<br>
<br><br>additionally, the man page describes options, that apparently are not supported in the command.<br>ie:  -d & -v (plus others),   AND the man page lacks documentation for -m<br><br>it appears the man page discrepancy has existed since 2004.<br>
