[pkg-nvidia-devel] Bug#423592: xorg crashes when trying to load the nvidia_drv.so

I've just recently run into this bug. It seems to be fixable by enabling
USE_TLS=1 so that the init script runs.

3: seems to also point to possibly forcing the nvidia TLS links.
