According to nvidia, the FX5200 does work with that driver version.
However, any driver starting at 100.x and up requires SSE support in
your cpu, so old athlon's and pentium IIs can't run the driver.  The
legacy 96.xx driver works for non SSE CPUs and works with up to 7xxx
cards, so at least that is an option for such machines.
