The package nvidia-glx-legacy-173xx-ia32 depends on two packages that doesn't exist, namely ia32-libx11-6  and ia32-libxext6 (and actually also nvidia-kernel-legacy-173xx-173.14.20, but this package has to be built by m-a as far as I know). This two packages have been relaced by ia32-libs according to apt-get.
