[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch] Update to new upstream release 190.42

Hi Randall,

here is a patch to update nvidia-graphics-drivers to 190.42. The patch
expects my previous patches [1] to be applied first to apply cleanly.

The conftest.h changes neccessary and suggested in [2] have been
extended to include the kernel versions when the macro was
introduced/modified. Thanks, LXR!

The module builds fine for 2.6.30-2-amd64, 2.6.31-1-amd64, 2.6.30-2-686,
but I didn't have time to test it, yet.
