I asked on debian-devel, and there's currently no autobuilder for non-free
and no way to request auto-building.  People are working on something new,
but it's not done yet.  The old system is no longer in place.

I think the only thing needed for the next upload is the additional
renaming of the packages, following the naming scheme you proposed.  (And
then of course it will have to go through NEW, due to the new packages.)
