[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [34/k v2] add a get-orig-source target and simplify instructions

Hi,

using get-orig-source is a good idea, updated my patch accordingly. Now
it looks even more simple:

    uscan --report
    debchange --newversion <version>
    debian/rules get-orig-source
