Applied.  I'm going to add DKMS support and do some other cleanups, and
then this should be ready for testing.  I'm away from all my NVIDIA
systems and will be for a few more days, so I'll need help from other
people reading the mailing list to test the new package beyond just the
ability to build the kernel module.
