[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 195xx] [6/k] legacy support: module source build

After patch 3/k there is only a very small piece of work left to
"rename" the module source tarball to the legacy variant.

I didn't test building a module from such a legacy tarball yet, probably
there need to be some more adjustments made in the module source debian
tree.
