Yeah, it should, and I wasn't entirely sure what to put in there.  I was
going to ask about that, and then forgot to.  Since the existing code is
under something less restrictive than the GPL, it seemed weird to put the
packaging under the GPL.

We should check with everyone who contributed to the packaging about
license.  (I personally am fine with whatever.)
