Unfortunately it does not work.  I just discovered this package when I did
upgraded my kernel and thought I would need to build the Nvidia kernel module
again (I was using m-a nvidia in the cases before which worked but did not
at the recent kernel upgrade in testing).

I do not use self compiled kernels - just installed the lastest upgrade in
testing.  My frustration ended when I switched to noveau driver.  I actually
do not really need 3D stuff - perhaps this sets the never ending manual
work with nvidia stuff an end ...
