Well, we can just test this after squeeze release again and upload the
prebuilt modules to unstable before the driver. If the modules still
migrate, this seems to be a toolchain bug.
There is a versioned build dependency on the -source package, but then
again the packages that migrated to testing had a freeze exception, so
maybe that overrides some other checks, too.
