Currently, the create-nvidia-conf description is not marked as
translatable.  Shouldn't it be?

Should we remove the recommendation to use /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d for right
now, based on the information we got from the X maintainers?

Does anything use the /etc/X11/nvidia.conf file, or should the debconf
prompt also tell the user that they need to include it in their xorg.conf?
