Oh, I see, there is, it's just only on the nvidia-settings-legacy-173xx
package.  (There too I'm dubious about the Conflicts with
xserver-xorg-video-nvidia as opposed to having the NVIDIA driver Break
nvidia-settings-legacy-173xx.)
