Bug#671684: Listening on non-localhost socket to provide help

Package: nvidia-visual-profiler
Version: 4.1.28-2
Severity: normal

nvvp is listening on non localhost IP to provide its help services via
Jetty server. There is really no reason to listen to non-localhost
socket here as it exposes local machine to unnecessarily.

tcp6    0    0 :::54765      :::*    LISTEN      24020/java
