Bug#689520: No libcuda1-dev package provided by backports

I am not exactly sure which package is responsible for delivering cuda development toolkit, but 
yes. I *think* that in Squeeze this was done by libcuda1-dev (not sure) whereas in Wheezy this is 
nvidia-cuda-dev.
