libcuda5 implies there would be libcuda.so.5 ...

I'd prefer the less ambiguous virtual package name of libcuda-5.0-1

But the libopencl1 name is based on the SONAME, not some API.
That said, I would agree on a libopencl-1.2-1 virtual package ...
