O.K. This opens my eyes.
Installing the kernel update did an update of the grub configuration.
So the newer kernel was booted instead of the standard kernel and i did not realize it.
Easy and embarrassing.

I think it will work doing this right - I will test it.

Do you think the problems with newer kernels will be solved?
Maybe it is helpfull that i bug this against NVidia?
