Hi Diederik,

To fix your immediate problem running "apt-get install -f" and then
upgrade again should be sufficient.

If not, "dpkg -r --force-all nvidia-vulkan-icd" and then upgrade should
do it.

Given the workaround, and the fact that the packages with that problem
were never actually uploaded in the repos, I'll downgrade the severity.

However, I'm happy to add a fix for the next upload to facilitate users
of locally built packages. I don't have time right now and will be away
for a few days, so I can have a look at the end of the next week. I
think a simple "Replaces: nvidia-vulkan-icd" on nvidia-vulkan-common
should do the trick.

I did test the upgrade from the older 367 version to the newer, but I
did not test the 364 branch as I thought most users (and downstream
distros) would be directly on 367.

Kind regards,
Luca Boccassi
