That will be great!  After installing nvidia-cuda-toolkit, I would 
always install ocl-icd-opencl-dev which removed nvidia-opencl-dev anyway.

I did a test build of 9.1.85-2 and attempted an upgrade from a previous 
version with nvidia-opencl-dev installed, but hit an error installing 
ocl-icd-opencl-dev (trying to overwrite 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libOpenCL.so which is also in nvidia-opencl-dev).

I think all that is needed is to drop debian/nvidia-opencl-dev.links.in 
and debian/nvidia-opencl-dev.lintian-overrides.  Shall I make this 
change in git?
